Laying the foundation through the 2010 ministerial mission, the Egyptian and American sides signed a number of MoUs, aiming at promoting cooperation in the ICT sector on all levels. The total number of MoUs signed is ten; five with the American private sector, three with the World Bank, one between Egy-CERT and US-CERT, and one between MCIT and US Department of State in the field of Entrepreneurship.
