Egypt Partakes in ICANN 64 Meeting

    Date published: 7 March 2019
Egypt, represented by the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA), participates in the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) 64th meeting on 9-14 March 2019 in Kobe, Japan.

The meeting is a central principle of ICANN’s “multi-stakeholder model”, a community-based consensus-driven approach to policy-making.  It provides a venue for progressing policy work, conducting outreach, exchanging best practices, interacting among members of the ICANN Community, and learning about ICANN.

ICANN is a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation with participants from all over the world dedicated to keeping the Internet secure, stable and interoperable.
