    TIEC Hosts Info Sessions on French-Egyptian Startup Competition

    The Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) is hosting three info sessions on the French-Egyptian Startup Competition, on December 15, in Alexandria, on December 18, in Minya, and on December 25, in Assiut.

    The competition is organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), the Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) and the French Embassy in Egypt.

    It targets early growth stage Egyptian startups with the ambition to lead digital transformation and compete internationally in health, fintech and sustainable cities.

    Selected startups will go through an intensive training program jointly organized by a number of partners including TIEC, Falak, Flat6Labs and EFG EV Fintech.

    The winning startups will share an EGP 750K award, in addition to support packages provided by the competition sponsors and partners.
