A ceremony for celebrating the first remote diagnosis session was held on September 26 at the Faculty of Medicine - Kasr Al Ainy, Cairo in line with the sustainable development activities undertaken by Egypt Information and Communication Technology Trust Fund (ICT-TF).

The celebration represents the activation of the cooperation protocol, which was signed on 31 March 2016 at the Sustainable Development in Remote Areas Conference, between ICT-TF and the Faculty of Medicine- Kasr Al Ainy, Cairo University—in  partnership with Telemed Foundation for remote diagnosis in the field of remote diagnosis services.

During the ceremony, the first diagnostic session took place. The session was in cooperation with El-Kharga clinics in the New Valley governorate and the Faculty of Medicine- Kasr Al Ainy, undertaken by a medical consultant from the Faculty of the internal medicine specialization.
