ITIDA Organizes AI for Executives Course

    Date published: 8 March 2020
The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing the “Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Executives” training course, on March 9, through its Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC).

The course aims to introduce the trainees to AI main components, as one of the current emerging technologies, as well as its use cases, potential applications and success stories.

The course also sheds light on the recommendations that the companies and governments should follow to act as a part of the huge transformation that this technology will trigger, as ignoring AI in an era that is becoming more and more data dependent is no longer an option.

AI is the automated process of detecting usable patterns within complex and big data, using robust algorithms in a way that revolutionizes business practices.

The course is part of a new series of short workshops and trainings on emerging topics, provided by ITIDA through SECC. The aim is to raise the companies’ awareness and help keep up with the rapid technological changes.

SECC is an ICT specialized institution. It plays a pivotal role in improving software processes and boosting IT companies’ capabilities through improving the quality of their products and services by evaluating and accrediting these companies, internationally, according to global measurements and standards.
