    NTRA Issues QoS Benchmark Report for July 2020

    The National Center for ICT Services Quality Control and Monitoring, of the National Telecom Regulatory Authority (NTRA), has issued the Quality of Service (QoS) Benchmark Report for July 2020.

    The report examines the quality of voice and Internet services provided by telecommunication operators in Egypt, in July. This comes in NTRA keenness to enhance the quality of telecommunication services.

    The quality of service tests were conducted for approximately 25,000 Km of populated areas in Egypt, divided into approximately 81 areas and districts. The measurement tests were undergone for voice and data services, as hundreds of thousands of test calls, and tests of mobile data, were conducted.
