He referred to MCIT efforts to attract investment and apply the incentives stipulated by the Law of Investment to attract national and foreign investments in the technology parks. In addition, it encourages young people to innovate ideas and transform them into reality through the accelerators programs. He called on providing all the necessary facilities to motivate young people to participate and get involved in the programs implemented at the Park.

New Beni Suef Technology Park is established on an area of 54 feddans. The implementation of the buildings of the first phase is finalized and the operational work is underway in several activities, including the centers of technology industries and designs, outsourcing industries, innovation and entrepreneurship support, buildings of companies, and centers for providing education and capacity building services. This is in addition to the establishment of the citizen service technological center. The location of the technology park in New Beni Suef city is linked to the network of the surrounding regional roads, especially the Karimat-Cairo road and Cairo-Minya Desert Road.

The inspection tour is within the framework of the ICT Ministerís visit to Beni Suef governorate; where he witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between MCIT and Beni Suef governorate to support developing remote diagnosis and telemedicine services using ICTs, and building youth capacity.
