    This project comes within the framework of cooperation between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Ministry of Justice to create a centralized database for those who are banned from making any real estate transactions on the background of many reasons.

    The project creates and develops a network of people banned from acting, and links them to the automated offices of documentation, in the project of promoting the mechanization of notary offices and corporeal registry offices.

    The project also facilitates procedures given the easy research methods and the recall and matching of data for the banned from acting’s data.

    Objectives:


    § Preserve the rights of the state and the citizens and their money
    § Encourage investment in the country by maintaining the rights of investors and their money considering the law and the Ministry of  Justice are guarantors of those rights
    § Integration of systems at the Ministry of Justice to achieve the original objectives of the projects carried out, in collaboration with MCIT
    § Improve connections between authorities judicially responsible for prevention decisions, as well as exchanging data among them Technological infrastructure used:
    Equipping offices of banning bodies like the Public Prosecutor, Illicit Gains and authorities issuing restraining orders , thus linking the database of the banned from acting with the database for the automated documentation offices and automated corporeal registry of agricultural lands.

    Achievements:

    The project has established an information center and a database in the pubic notary office at the Ministry of Justice. Currently, the center is linked to 30 specialized offices, and the database of the public notary offices is linked to the database of the corporeal registry of agricultural lands.

    Future Prospects:


    Integration of systems at the Ministry of Justice to achieve the original objectives of the projects carried out such as preserving the rights of the state, the citizens and their money, detecting corruption and money laundry, as well as encouraging investment in the country by maintaining the rights of investors and their money. This is achieved in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).

    The geographical scope of the project includes every automated documentation office and automated corporeal registry of agricultural lands across the nation
