During the visit of the Congolese minister of international cooperation to CULTNAT in December 2010, he showed great interest in the CULTURAMA projection system and proposed a cooperation program between the two countries to install a permanent culturama in the capital Kinshasa on the occasion of the Francophone Summit that will take place in October 2012.
The Project was successfully implemented in time and inaugurated in the presence of a representative of the Egyptian president, as well as two Congolese ministers and the Egyptian ambassador to Congo.
The center is now visited at a rate of a thousand visitors a month. The project represents a very successful example of cooperation between two countries of the Nile basin.

Achievements
§ An agreement was concluded between the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) to share the financing of this project. Accordingly, several missions were organized to determine the scope of work as well as the location where the Culturama should be installed
§ The project comprised, in the first part, the timeline of the Egyptian civilization. In the second part , the Congolese heritage manifested mainly in its natural heritage as well as its ethnographic heritage
§ Location was chosen in a very key area in Kinshasa which is the main tower of the city
