    Automating Family Courts and Prosecutions

    Last Updated: 18 Dec 2018
The project aims to create and develop centralized applications to improve the work cycles in family courts and prosecutions via automated programs. It aims also to create a link between family prosecutions, Family Dispute Settlement Offices, Legal Aid Offices (LAOs) and Nasser Bank to ensure the completion of all litigation procedures related to litigation outcomes in the soonest possible. The project contributes to providing prosecution services online, including guardianship, and administration of state. It helps in issuing statistics and reports automatically without referring to manual journals. A unified portal for the public prosecution is being developed to provide all available services to the public, including issuing official document copies and certification.

    Project Objectives:
    § Facilitate litigation procedures
§ Improve work system in family courts and prosecutions
§ Use electronic record keeping of lawsuits and dispense with manual journals
