3. Six (4x6) personal photos
4. A statement of achievements and contributions in the most recent employer
5. A proposal for developing the Sector or one of its activities, to improve its performance and systems, according to the model mentioned in the Resolution of the Minister of Planning, Monitoring and Administrative Reform No. (95) of 2017. A copy of the proposal is to be attached on a CD
