Job Description
The vacancy is the highest position of the General Department of Executive Secretariat affiliated to the Central Department of ICT Minister’s Office Affairs.
The incumbent is responsible for receiving, registering, sorting, and distributing daily incoming mails to different departments, monitoring agencies’ outgoing mails, preserving messages and documents, and arranging files and archives.
Basic Skills
Strong ability to lead, direct and develop plans and programs and monitor their implementation
Technical Skills
Pass the required training in accordance with the law’s provisions and executive regulations
Years of Experience
Spent at least (one year) in one of the jobs that fall directly below Level A, or spent a total period of at least (17 years) in a position of similar nature

Required Documents
1- A statement of the approved employment status, including employment history, scientific and practical capabilities, leadership skills, and any other data of the applicant supported by documents
2- National ID Card
3- Six (6) personal photos, size 4×6
4- A statement of the applicant's achievements and contributions to the unit in which he was working
5- A proposal to develop the unit or one of its main activities to improve its performance and develop its systems according to the form provided by the Decree of the Minister of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform No. (95) of 2017. A copy of the proposal must be sent in a CD.
