Learn to Go Offshoring

Learn to Go Offshoring

Learn to Go Offshoring (L2GO) is organized by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) within the framework of Digital Egypt Strategy for Offshoring Industry 2022-2026, and as part of its Human Capacity Development Programs (HCDP), launched in 2021.

L2GO is carried out in collaboration with DFA, Speak-Up Egypt, Komet-Institut, and Guide Academy. The program targets final-year university students, fresh graduates and job seekers to develop their language skills and help bridge the gap between supply and demand for skilled manpower in the local outsourcing sector.

The program involves training 10,000 youths, within one year, on English, German and French language skills, as well as on soft skills, helping trainees reach the B2 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) international standard.

Objectives:
- Attract more investments to the market
- Upskill young talents to meet the needs of outsourcing companies
- Provide companies with qualified personnel
