National Initiative "Professional Governmental Official"
The program aims to develop and build the capacity of public service providers in the governorates and affiliated directorates. It targets public service providers (front office) for employees with higher, medium and supervisory grades, and is implemented by the National Training Academy, using interactive training and distance learning.
Capacity Building of Government Service Centers
The program aims to develop and build digital capabilities, soft skills and administrative skills for those in charge of government service centers. It targets owners and representatives of government services centers and is implemented by the National Anti-Corruption Academy, using distance learning.
