Access to Talent Program (Jobathon)
Access to Talent program, also known as Jobathon, is carried out by the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) to facilitate business enterprises’ access to talent for both hiring and internship needs.

The program features a series of jobathons held at Creativa Innovation Hubs in different governorates and TIEC premises in Smart Village, and Borg El-Arab and Assiut Technology Parks.

Jobathon acts as a platform for connecting to a large database of graduates from multiple technology capacity-building programs, across over 10 Egyptian governorates. The program targets Egyptian startups and graduates of ITIDA and TIEC capacity-building programs.

The jobathons are designed as a one-day technical challenge event executed by individuals interested to apply for a job vacancy posted by a certain company. Top performers at the jobathons are invited to an interview for a job or internship opportunity at the hiring enterprise.

For participants, the program increases their chances of getting hired and receiving cash prizes of up to EGP 10,000 per jobathon. Participants also receive the opportunity to connect with their peers and establish future collaboration. For companies, Jobathon helps fulfill their hiring or internship needs through a robust technical filtration mechanism and increases awareness among the developer community.
