This program aims to develop and build digital capabilities of employees at the State's administrative apparatus, whether those who will be relocated to the New Administrative Capital or those who will not. It consists of the following four pillars:

These programs aim to develop a digital culture, which depends more on humans than tools used. Relying on digital ready elements within the staff can help promote digital culture.
1- Digital Transformation Program for Executive and Supervisory Leaders
Objective:
To promote digital culture, and disseminate concepts of digital transformation, digital empowerment and how to benefit from a number modern technologies, including Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain in developing business within the government work environment
