State's Administrative Apparatus' Employees


This program aims to develop and build digital capabilities of employees at the State's administrative apparatus, whether those who will be relocated to the New Administrative Capital or those who will not. It consists of the following four pillars:

§ Developing digital culture

§ Developing digital skills

§ Developing the skills of employees at the information systems and digital transformation units

§ Developing the Administrative Capital applications

Digital Culture Development Programs

These programs aim to develop a digital culture, which depends more on humans than tools used. Relying on digital ready elements within the staff can help promote digital culture.

1- Digital Transformation Program for Executive and Supervisory Leaders

Objective:

To promote digital culture, and disseminate concepts of digital transformation, digital empowerment and how to benefit from a number modern technologies, including Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain in developing business within the government work environment

Target Groups:

Executive and supervisory leaders

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA)

2- Fundamentals of Innovation and Creative Thinking Program for Government Leaders

Objective:

To promote a culture of innovation and creativity, and support the application of creative thinking methodologies in government work, to create a business models, develop government services and enhance government excellence

Target Groups:

Executive and supervisory leaders

Implementing Agency:

The Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA)

3- Digital Transformation to Fight Corruption Program

Objective:

To disseminate and reinforce the culture of fighting corruption through the digital transformation, governance and information infrastructure

Target Groups:

Supervisory management

The National Anti-Corruption Academy

4- Fundamentals of Digital Transformation Program

Objective:

To develop and build digital capabilities of employees in the state's administrative apparatus to keep pace with the development in the introduced business models developed to achieve Egypt's digital vision

First (b) - Second – Third Grades

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI)

Digital Skills Development Programs

The digital skills development programs aim to develop and build digital capabilities of employees in the state's administrative apparatus, guided by employee outcomes.

1- Fundamentals of Digital Skills Program

Objective:

To disseminate digital culture and enable the effective use of information and communications technology among all employees of the state's administrative apparatus

Target Groups:

Employees at the state's administrative apparatus

2- Advanced Computer Skills Programs

Objective:

To enable the effective use of information technology through internationally accredited programs and certificates according to a standard that guarantees the quality of the training curriculum and tests

Target Groups:

Employees at the state's administrative apparatus

Interactive Training/Distance Learning

Staff Development Programs

These programs target the employees at the Information Systems and Digital Transformation Units. They consist of a number of programs that aim to develop skills in certain areas.

§ Leadership and specialized skills development programs for managers of digital transformation units

§ Staff development programs for infrastructure support

§ Staff development programs for the business support department

§ Staff development programs for the application integration department
