ENPO Chairman Inspects Operations at Various Post Offices, says Customer Satisfaction is “Top Priority”


Egyptian National Post Organization (ENPO) Chairman, Mr. Hani Mahmoud inspected a number of post offices in the governorates of 6th of October and Giza to check the operations there and to make sure that financial, governmental and post services are regularly rendered to the citizens.

Mr. Mahmoud stated that there was huge turnout of pensioners coming to receive their pensions from the post offices. "Problems that may come up are solved immediately since customer satisfaction is the major target Egypt Post is seeking within its social role" Mahmoud added.

More personnel have been provided to several post offices to serve the crowds.

Mr. Mahmoud noted that ongoing meetings with Egypt Post leaders and deputies are held to follow up on the security developments, saying that there was full coordination with the police to provide protection to the post offices and the money transferred among the Egyptian governorates.

Mr. Mahmoud added that the plan to operate post offices is going on and that soon all the 3800 post offices nationwide would resume offering services to customers through coordination with the Armed Forces and the Interior Ministry.
