As part of its continuous endeavors to enhance the human skills of its employees, SECC organized with IMP³rove Academy 4 days training for its consultants in innovation management and introduction to IMP³rove model to assess SME's innovation capabilities.
Upon the IMP³rove model, the SME’s assessment is conducted online, this course prepared the attendees to act as "IMP³rove Guides" to assist SME's in filling out the extensive online assessment questionnaire.
After the training, each SECC consultant conducted one assessment and helped the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) team in one or two assessments for Egyptian IT SME's.
IMP³rove Academy, the course provider, is supported by the European Community. It stands for IMProving Innovation Management Performance with sustainable IMPact.
