The 3rd Meeting of the Working Group for the Legal Aspects of Child Online Protection in the Arab Region took place during 20 - 21 of December in Tunisia. The event was hosted by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in Tunisia.
The meeting aimed to review the outcomes of the second phase of the action plan and discussed the draft guidelines of the legal framework of Child Online Protection in the Arab region, to be approved as a final output of the Arab working group.
Egypt hosted the second meeting in Cairo at the premises of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Smart Village, during 26- 27 June 2013. A set of recommendations was presented during the meeting.
