The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) started organizing a number of training programs for government employees nationwide, using e-learning applications, through the National Telecommunication Institute (NTI), on April 5. Trainees get to interact with trainers through live sessions, with the availability of conducting tutorials using state-of-the-art equipment, at NTI, through remote access.
This included a training course titled “Fundamentals of Digital Transformation,’ joined by government employees from Cairo, Sohag and Qalyubia. Another round of the course was also organized starting April 12, joined by employees from the Ministry of Irrigation, the Ministry of Antiquities, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Egypt National Post Organization (ENPO) and the Egyptian Food Safety Authority.
This comes within the framework of the cooperation protocol signed between the Training Programs for Governmental Employees General Department at MCIT, and NTI. In addition, NTI resumed the specialized training course for graduates, using e-learning applications, on March 22.
This comes as part of NTI ongoing efforts for providing high quality educational and training services, and in fulfillment of its role as a leading scientific, educational and research institution. This also comes in response to the need to organize trainings, online, given the hard times that Egypt and the world are currently going through.
