MCIT Organizes Training Programs to Promote e-Learning Culture



The E-Learning Competence Center (ELCC), affiliated with the Central Department for Digital Community Development at the Ministry of Communications and Information (MCIT), has organized several training activities in different governorates during September. The activities were part of MCIT efforts to upskill young people through training and qualifying them for the labor market and to promote the e-learning culture.
 
The activities included an online training program in Qena, on September 5-9, where 17 students at South Valley University were trained to produce e-content using Storyline.
 
Another online program was carried out in Kafr El-Sheikh, on September 7-21. This included training 25 people from the National Council for Women and Kafrelsheikh University on the standards of graphic design. The program was within the framework of the e-learning pillar of the cooperation agreement inked with Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate.
 
Moreover, an online program was organized in different governorates, on September 13-27. Twenty-six people were trained on the fundamentals of e-learning, with the aim to help trainees acquire hands-on experience and hone their skills through continuing education.
