ITI, Pluralsight Join Forces to Implement ‘ITI Tech Leaps’

The Information Technology Institute (ITI) has partnered up with Pluralsight to carry out the “ITI Tech Leaps” initiative. The aim is to enrich the content provided on Mahara-Tech platform with a set of prime training tracks carefully selected by ITI technical experts, qualifying the trainees to fill in-demand jobs in today’s workplace.

ITI Tech Leaps targets senior students at Egyptian universities, with priority given to students at the Faculty of Engineering, the Faculty of Computers and Information, and the Faculty of Sciences (Computer Department).

The initiative covers a variety of tracks, including Data Analyst, IT System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, Software and Quality Assurance Specialist, Android Application Developer, UI/UX (front-end) Developer, MEAN Stack Developer, and Java Spring Developer.

Evaluation of the first phase of the initiative is expected to be finalized within six months. The training is delivered and supported by a group of certified trainers specializing in the featured tracks, helping enhance the blended learning experience.

ITI Tech Leaps reflects the keenness of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to prepare specialists in various technology specializations, helping enhance employability and equipping young people with future skills.

The initiative also comes within ITI leading role in the field of human development, and as part of the efforts made to meet the heightened demand of skilled manpower.

The collaboration with Pluralsight represents a new partnership that will help enrich the training activities offered by ITI.
