ITIDA Organizes Introductory Session on Programs Offered to Faculty Members, Researchers


The Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing an introductory session on the programs and grants offered to the faculty members and researchers, on March 28 online.
 
The session is aimed at introducing the various activities offered by TIEC in supporting innovation and entrepreneurship, which target faculty members and researchers in universities and research centers nationwide.
 
Established in 2010, TIEC aims to drive innovation and entrepreneurship in the local industry to ensure that both individuals and businesses benefit from ICTs.
 
TIEC is implementing several prominent national initiatives, including the Future Work is Digital (FWD) initiative, the African App Launchpad (AAL) initiative, the Next Technology Leaders (NTL) Initiative, Heya Raeda program, and other programs that foster creativity in various ICT fields.
 
TIEC also provides acceleration and incubation programs for start-ups, in addition to consultancy services and workspaces to assist entrepreneurs and support the growth of Small and Micro-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
