Creativa Innovation Hubs, ODC Launch New Partnership to Support, Upskill Youth

A new partnership has been launched between CREATIVA Innovation Hubs and the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), and Orange Digital Center (ODC) to meet young people’s digital needs and develop their technological skills.

The partnership is aimed at leveraging technological education in Egypt to contribute to achieving Egypt’s Vision 2030. It provides various training, coaching, and mentoring services through ODC programs: Coding School, the Orange Fab startup accelerator, and FabLab Solidaires, a digital production workshop for creating and prototyping with digital equipment.

It is worth mentioning that the CREATIVA Innovation Hubs project is an initiative by the Egyptian government and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), implemented through TIEC. The project aims to support and assist students, entrepreneurs, SMEs and startups to become key actors in bringing digital transformation within the reach of all industry sectors.

ODC was co-established by Orange Egypt and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), as a state-of-the-art training hub for demand-driven digital education training in Egypt. ODC provides free digital training, coaching, and mentoring services for Egyptian youth.
