ITI Supports Indie Game Developers through RDJ 2022

The Game Development Academy of the Information Technology Institute (ITI) is organizing the indie game gathering Run Double Jump (RDJ) on October 29 at ITI premises in Smart Village. The event is organized in collaboration with the International Game Developers Association (IGDA)- Egypt Chapter, and 2024 Studios.

RDJ aims to promote indie game development in particular and digital game development in general in Egypt and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. The event reflects the government-led efforts to nurture talented and innovative young people and hone their IT, programming and game development skills.

Run Double Jump brings together local developers, gamers, and students interested in indie games. Developers have the opportunity to exhibit, test and have their games assessed at the Indie Exhibit, while gamers get to try new games before hitting the market.
