Egypt, represented by the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), is participating in the 23rd European Shared Services and Outsourcing Week (SSOW) of the Shared Services and Outsourcing Network (SSON). The event is organized on May 22-24 in Lisbon, Portugal.
SSOW is the world's largest global business services (GBS) and shared services community event. A conference dedicated to value-driven business optimization and service delivery models, SSOW will explore peer insights, strategies, tools, and technologies and discuss how to redefine operating models, reposition for purpose, lead with growth, operate with agility, and deliver value through intelligence.
The conference brings together 400+ experts in attendance, 60+ world-class speakers, 200+ leading brands, and individuals involved or interested in shared services and outsourcing, including procurement, IT, HR, and finance executives.
ITIDA, as a Partner in SSOW, will promote Egypt as a global hub for digital innovation, with a mission to foster the growth of the IT industry through talent development, infrastructure, and entrepreneurship support.
The event agenda features the GBS Leaders Club, an event where GBS and transformation leaders come together with their peers in an interactive environment to express, discuss and debate their viewpoints and explore different approaches to pressing issues. SSOW agenda also includes three Focus Days delving into key challenges and best practices in O2C, P2P, and HR Shared Services; Deep-Dive workshops, SSOWomen, post-conference masterclasses, SSON Impact Awards Gala, plenary sessions, and networking events.
