NTI Phase Three of DEY- Embedded Systems Kicks off

The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has started the third phase of the Digital Egypt Youth (DEY) initiative in the four-month program in Embedded Systems track, within the framework of the presidential initiative “Egypt Makes Electronics (EME)”.

Around 100 trainees have been trained, in partnership with major companies, such as Valeo, Avelabs, SEITech Solutions, Appraid Tech, and Brightskies.

DEY is a highly-specialized in-depth training program organized by NTI, to upskill and train young people in modern technologies, helping create more jobs and supply the job market with a skilled talent pool. The training is carried out in a hybrid format that involves both online and on-site sessions at NTI premises. The program includes a hands-on training on freelancing platforms to help learners land decent job opportunities.

The initiative aims to train and qualify youth for the labor market. In addition, the program includes a one-month on-the-job training at industry partners. Top trainees will be offered decent job opportunities. The employment rate of NTI graduates has reached 100% in the Embedded Systems track in the previous phases.
