ITIDA Organizes Webinar on Organizational Resilience

The Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing a free webinar titled “Your Way to Organizational Resilience: Operating in uncertain times,” on June 22.

The webinar will explore the components of resilience, highlight the capabilities of resilient organizations, and introduce models and approaches that companies can follow to face disruptions and prepare for a world of volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA). Furthermore, resilience depends on adaptability and decisiveness in times of disruption. To withstand unpredictable threats, organizational resilience became imperative.

Established in 2001, SECC aims to boost the local software industry by improving software engineering practices to achieve a strong presence in the global market. The Center provides leading technology services that enhance the efficiency of IT companies and improve their internal capabilities. It also organizes workshops and training courses to enable companies to assimilate and implement modern technology.
