The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) is conducting admission tests for applicants of the third round of Digital Egypt Youth (DEY) initiative in the four-month program, on June 18-22.
The program features several tracks, including core data network infrastructure, advanced data network, modern defensive security solutions, ML on cloud, broadband optical fiber networks, advanced Cisco-Avaya VoIP, VMware cloud on AWS, emerging wireless and mobile technologies, mobile core networks, B2B solutions, cloud security, service-oriented architecture and micro-services, industrial cyber security, AI, automotive embedded systems, digital IC design, analog and RF design, and electronic design for industry.
NTI has received more than 7,000 applications in different tracks within the framework of DEY and Egypt Makes Electronics (EME) initiatives. The Institute seeks to increase the number of trainees in the third round to over 600 in different tracks, a 100% increase compared with round two.
In the first and second rounds of DEY, 700+ learners received training. The program included hands-on training in 30 local and global companies specializing in relevant fields, with the employment rate in some tracks reaching 100%.
Round three kicks off on July 15.
