ITIDA Organizes Webinar on Process Optimization

The Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing a free webinar titled “Amplify Citizen Experience through Process Optimization,” on July 6.

The webinar will delve into the best practices that government agencies are implementing to achieve a whole-of-government approach in rendering citizens services around digital process automation through Low-Code development, process re-engineering, information-driven design, enterprise integration, and data visualization to support decision-makers in providing digital services leading to the best citizen experiences.

Established in 2001, SECC aims to boost the local software industry by improving software engineering practices to achieve a strong presence in the global market. The Center provides leading technology services that enhance the efficiency of IT companies and improve their internal capabilities. It also organizes workshops and training courses to enable companies to assimilate and implement modern technology.
