ITIDA Organizes Webinar on Agile Team Maturity

The Software Engineering Competence Center (SECC) of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) is organizing a free webinar titled “Agile Team Maturity - How to Measure and Achieve?” on August 17.

The webinar will introduce the metrics or indicators that help determine the team’s maturity level inside an organization. It will explore techniques for enhancing team maturity to manage any project throughout all development and implementation phases, including handling stakeholders, scope definition, delivery plan, and customer satisfaction, and achieving the project’s business values.

Agile Maturity is a measure of how an organization’s team is using Scrum, which is aimed at decreasing production costs and improving Agile practices. In project management, Agile methodology is an approach where teams deliver many products that provide value to the customer.

Established in 2001, SECC aims to boost the local software industry by improving software engineering practices to achieve a strong presence in the global market. The Center provides leading technology services that enhance the efficiency of IT companies and improve their internal capabilities. It also organizes workshops and training courses to enable companies to assimilate and implement modern technology.
