Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) signed today a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Stream Global Services, an American contact center services provider, on establishing a solution center for the company clients in Egypt.
ITIDA CEO Dr. Hazem Abdelazim and Stream Global Services Managing Director Mr. Scott Morey signed the agreement.
The new center will facilitate about 1000 job opportunities for well-trained Egyptian calibers within the first three years of operation. The center will provide technical support services, sales, fees collection, after sales services and customer care for the company's clients worldwide.
The Stream Global Services facility enables the company to expand its multilingual support offerings to accommodate its strong business growth. The center will offer its services in English, French and Arabic languages for new and existing clients.
In a statement released by Stream Global Services, the company described Egypt as “a recognized top outsourcing destination. That is why businesses are attracted to Egypt because of its central location and its economic and political stability."
