ICT Minister Delivers Speech at WRC-19 Opening Ceremony

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat has delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the World Radiocommunication Conference 2019 (WRC-19) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), hosted in Sharm El Sheikh, on October 28- November 22.
