Justice, ICT Ministers Open Developed Notarization Offices in 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed

The Minister of Justice Omar Marwan and the Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat opened, today, two developed notarization offices; one in Mall of Arabia, in the 6th of October City, and another in Clubs SODIC, in Sheikh Zayed City. The offices provide high-quality automated services to citizens for additional fees.

This comes as part of the Ministry of Justice’s tireless efforts to render services to citizens in different advanced ways to cover their needs and ease their access to services. It also comes within the cooperation between the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT).

Opening the two offices comes within the framework of the community partnership of the civil sector. Services are provided through time-
and effort-saving mechanisms; the two branches operate using a pre-booking service through "أرغب في عمل توكيل" Android mobile application to reduce overcrowding in offices, with appointments booked in 30-minute intervals throughout the day.

The offices also provide notarization services through Digital Egypt platform, with payments made only through credit cards as part of the State plan to digitize government services.

Moreover, the Clubs SODIC office provides, for the first time, the Businessmen Service; it enables booking 45-minute time slots through the same mobile application, for extra fees.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Assistant Minister of Justice for Real Estate Registration Affairs Ashraf Rizk, and the Deputy ICT Minister for Administrative Development, Digital Transformation and Automation Khaled El Attar.
