The Minister of Communications and Information Technology Amr Talaat headed, today, to the Federal Republic of Germany to meet with ministers, government officials, and officials from ICT companies. The meetings will be held, on May 9-12, to discuss enhancing cooperation between the two countries and discuss investment opportunities in the Egyptian ICT sector.
The ICT Minister is due to meet with various German ministers and government officials to open new horizons of cooperation between Egypt and Germany in ICTs and discuss leveraging German expertise in IT, especially in digital transformation.
Furthermore, Talaat is to hold meetings with officials from major German ICT institutions and companies to discuss enhancing cooperation and attracting new investments to the Egyptian market in research and development (R&D), electronics design and manufacturing, outsourcing, and data centers.
