It showcases Egypt’s prominent achievements according to international indices, reports, and testimonials in 2022. In the digital transformation and entrepreneurship section, the report sheds light on Egypt’s position as one of the best three countries in MENA for venture capitalists to invest in. It represents a call for governments to renew their commitment to the global postal network and empower their designated operators to become best-in-class providers of postal services.
This report “Routing Security: Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) Incidents, Mitigation Techniques and Policy Actions” was prepared by the Working Party on Communication Infrastructure and Services Policy (WPCISP) and the Working Party on Security in the Digital Economy (WPSDE) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). The report analyses available data to quantify the scope and scale of routing incidents occurring on the global Internet and presents available security techniques to limit these incidents. The report also offers policy-makers a series of actions to improve routing security.
