An interview with the Advisor to the ICT Minister for Technological Talents Hoda Baraka on TeN TV, where she talked about Digital Egypt Builders Initiative (DEBI), launched by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to train university graduates nationwide and boost the ICT industry.
